Welcome to SeePhoto (hereinafter referred to as “the App” or “we”). This Terms of Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and SeePhoto regarding the use of the App's services.

Before using this App, please carefully read all contents of this Agreement. By downloading, installing, or using this App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please do not use this App.

SeePhoto is an image generation and processing application based on artificial intelligence technology, providing users with the following main services:

• AI Image Generation: Automatically generate images based on text descriptions
• Smart Image Editing: Including enhancement, filters, cutout, and other features
• Style Transfer: Convert images to different artistic styles
• Other image processing related functions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all services at any time without prior notice.

Some features may require you to register an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Properly safeguard your account password and be responsible for all activities under your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

We are not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your account security.

When using this App, you agree not to:

• Generate, upload, or share any illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, infringing, obscene, or other inappropriate content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of others
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your relationship with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Attempt unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts
• Use this App for any illegal activities
• Use automated tools (such as bots, crawlers) to access this App
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures or restrictions of this App

Violation of the above guidelines may result in your account being suspended or terminated, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.

App Content: The intellectual property rights of this App and all its content (including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos) belong to us or our licensors.

User-Generated Content: For images you generate or process using this App, you retain intellectual property rights (where applicable). However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to provide, improve, and promote our services.

AI-Generated Content: AI-generated images may not be protected by copyright, or copyright ownership may vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable laws and regulations.

This App may offer paid subscription or one-time purchase services. Regarding paid services:

• Prices and payment terms will be clearly displayed before purchase
• Subscription services may auto-renew unless you cancel in advance
• Refund policies will be executed according to the purchase platform (such as App Store, Google Play) regulations
• We reserve the right to modify prices but will provide advance notice

This App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated content will meet your expectations or requirements
• Any errors or defects will be corrected

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, goodwill damage, etc.

In any case, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months (if any) or $100 USD (whichever is greater).

You may stop using this App at any time and delete your account. We may also suspend or terminate your service access in the following circumstances:

• You violate any terms of this Agreement
• Required by law or regulations
• To protect the interests of this App or other users
• The service ceases operation

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. The modified Agreement will be posted within this App with the last updated date noted. For significant changes, we will notify you through in-app notifications or other means.

Continued use of this App indicates your acceptance of the modified Agreement terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, please stop using this App.

The interpretation, validity, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SeePhoto operates.

Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement:This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App's services, superseding any prior oral or written agreements.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
